• Purpose of the Team – The purpose of this team is to perform a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
• Key projects - The resource will be responsible for administration duties including calendaring, travel management, and expense management.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm – The role will be made up of 80% calendaring and 20% other responsibilities including travel arrangements, expense reports, budget tracking, assisting with RoB calendaring and other administrative duties to support 3-4 LT members.
Summary:
The main function of an administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.

Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years experience required.
• Experience working with executives required.
