




Our client is looking for a Production Manager to join their team and help bring licensed products to life across fashion, lifestyle, and tech categories.
This is a full time opportunity that is 4 days a week onsite in NYC with Fridays being remote.
This role is essential in managing the backend of production, working closely with factories, ensuring quality, and making sure every product meets both design and licensing specifications.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee the full production lifecycle from concept to delivery
-Collaborate with factories and vendors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
-Ensure all products align with design intent and licensing requirements
-Troubleshoot production issues and maintain clear communication with internal teams
-Manage product specs, samples, and approvals throughout the development process
-Work cross-functionally with design, licensing, and operations teams
Qualifications:
-Experience in production management, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or tech accessories
-Strong understanding of licensing processes and compliance standards
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
-Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
