Location: New York City (Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) This is NOT a fully remote role.

About the Client

Our client is a global leader in eCommerce technology, delivering innovative digital solutions for some of the world's most recognized consumer brands. They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Designer to join their team and help shape the future of their digital platforms.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling B2B digital experiences. You'll work across dashboards, internal tools, and complex systems-collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on digital products using established brand guidelines and design systems.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Translate rough concepts into usable, viable product experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries.
• Advocate for user-centered design and champion best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong B2B portfolio.
• Expertise in designing dashboards, internal tools, and complex systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, and product thinking.
• Experience working within and extending brand guidelines and design systems.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for enterprise-scale eCommerce platforms.
• Strong visual design sensibility and systems-thinking mindset.
• Confident presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
