Maintenance Project Coordinator
Where will you work: Onsite at our Galveston Facility – 4500 Old Port Industrial Rd | Galveston, TX. 77554. Our site operates 24/7/365. You will have the option to work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.

You'll oversee or support project coordination, contractor management, cost control, facility materials, and safety, ensuring smooth plant operations. What You’ll Do
Support facility per reactive maintenance by identifying materials or services needed and oversight of maintenance personnel and planning when required. Work with vendors to ensure material orders are fulfilled, funding, and relations are maintained.
Assist project implementation by selecting contractors, managing contracts and budgets, and coordinating field activities with project and facility management members.
Lead facility maintenance planning and execution by defining scope/job plans, coordinating activities, managing budgets, and tracking progress of day-to-day facility maintenance and ongoing projects.
Manage contractors for supplemental and specialty maintenance work, including bidding, requisitions, overseeing contracts and expenses, and coordinating field activities.
Track and monitor maintenance tasks or assignments, budgets and preventative maintenance by utilizing SAP systems, job checks, and regular communication with onsite personnel.
What you’ll need:
High School/GED
5+ years of experience in maintenance management
1+ years of Computerized Maintenance System experience with an ERP such SAP
Bonus points if you have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related
5+ years industrial maintenance experience
