The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products related to the Shark brand. This role involves ensuring cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
• Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing initiatives.
• Event Coordination: Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the lifestyle industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Attributes: Creative thinker, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with lifestyle market trends and consumer preferences.
• Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners.
