We're currently seeking a full-time Facility Maintenance Technician I to join our dynamic Facility Maintenance Division. This is your opportunity to make a real impact-helping to maintain and improve the structural integrity and safety of the city buildings that serve our community every day.
What You'll Be Doing:As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, workingdirectly to support the function and appearance of city facilities-from minor renovations to routine upkeep.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Performing structural maintenance and repair work, including light construction.
• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Repairing shingle and built-up roofing systems.
• Completing small-scale structural modifications during building renovations.
• Maintaining detailed records and managing material purchases for assigned projects.
