Title: NOC Analyst
Location: Hybrid
Schedule: WED-SAT 3PM-1AM
Pay Rate: $20/hr.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with the following technologies and issues:

  • TDM (Time Division Multiplexing)
  • CAS/Analog/SIP fax lines
  • Ethernet Over Copper (EOC)
  • Call quality/audio troubleshooting
  • Call routing failures
  • Hard downs
  • Fax issues
Responsibilities:
  • Assess candidates specific hands-on experience with the listed technologies.
  • Ensure call quality and resolve audio issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve call routing failures and hard downs.
  • Address and resolve fax-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with TDM, CAS/Analog/SIP fax lines, Ethernet Over Copper (EOC), call quality/audio troubleshooting, call routing failures, hard downs, and fax issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
