Role: Content Preparer/UX Designer
Location: Onsite/USA
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for 8+ years of work experience as a Content Preparer/UX designer in IT to develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards and convert technical data into Business value and Strong Presentation preparation skills.
Technical Skills:
Four or more years of experience as an effective technical content translation into business values
Qualified UX designer to help to implement the best possible designs and interfaces for business.
To capable of confidently applying the UX design skills to shape digital environments for the largest possible user base.
Convert technical data into Business value and Strong Presentation preparation skills
Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
Gain deep understanding of new software technologies, products and platforms
Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, turning insights into language for user success
Develop and maintain detailed database of reference technical details, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Process Mapping and Modeling: Proficiency in using tools and techniques to map and model business processes.
Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools, including process automation and software.
Portfolio of published articles
Experience in Insurance domain
Key Responsibilities and Skill
Gather information from subject-matter experts & project team and develop, organize, and translate technical data into tangible business values
Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target business audience
Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for process enhancements.
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
Experience in working with engineers to improve user experience (ex: design, UI), refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
Qualification:
Somebody who has at least 8+ years of work experience who has played Content Preparer/ UX designer role.
Education qualification: Any degree from a reputed college
