Position Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Excellence Manager will lead the US supply chain excellence team, focusing on the Distribution Center Supply Planning tool and processes, while facilitating training, analyzing data for trends, implementing improvements, standardizing protocols, managing shared sites, and supporting ongoing project
This role will lead the subject matter experts for Martin-Brower Planning systems, including DC Supply Planning (JDA) and JD Edwards, ensuring functionality and process excellence
You will act as a liaison between the US Supply Chain team and internal departments, including global supply chain solutions and IT
The Supply Chain Excellence Manager provides leadership, mentoring, and coaching to the supply chain team while developing and executing a training plan for new planners
This role will analyze Key Performance Indicators to ensure department goals are met, identifying areas for retraining or process changes
You will proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree
