Duties/Responsibilities

Dispatch break-in work to operating Areas by monitoring, remote troubleshooting, and prioritizing signals (e.g. regulatory, well/facility down) coming into the Decision Support Center (DSC) to effectively allocate resources
Monitor multiple surveillance programs simultaneously (e.g. Iconics, XSPOC, Planning Optimizer, EBS, Orbcomm, others)
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and bad actor problem solving (e.g. alarm rationalization, EBS signal improvements)
Continuously improve standard work and work priority for DSC operations
Implement new workflow streams into the DSC as the program matures (e.g. gas gathering, water/oil hauling, snow removal, rig rollovers, etc.)
Support run Reliability Operators with remote well and facility troubleshooting
Remotely restart wells (where applicable) safely
Monitor video cameras on field locations (where applicable)
Point of contact between Upstream Reliability Operations and outside functions (e.g. Regulatory, Midstream, Commercial, Well Factory, Subsurface) for DSC-related tasks

Experience/Skills

Industrial / oilfield experience preferred
Basic computer skills (Microsoft, SAP)
Mechanical aptitude
Good communication skills
Knowledge of safety requirements and practices
Strong process flow (P&ID) knowledge
Detailed understanding of operating procedures and standards
Work / project coordination
Strong understanding of current Bakken Upstream processes and programs (e.g. EBS, AM, Iconics, XSPOC)
Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision in a diverse, multidiscipline team environment

Education/Training

High school diploma or equivalent required
