Brand Manager III

Position Overview
Our Pharmaceutical client is looking to hire a freelance Senior Brand Manager for a 6 month contract. This Brand Manager will execute brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive growth. This position involves overseeing brand management initiatives, eCommerce strategies, and content syndication to ensure alignment with the overall business objectives.

This role is: 
-Remote for the right fit candidate, but hybrid if local to Bridgewater, NJ. 
-Freelance, 6 month contract 
-40 hours per week 
-Begins in January 2025 
-E-Commerce based 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital content strategy across 12 brands with a focus on eCommerce digital shelf content that drives discoverability. 
• Develop and execute digital content focused on short and long term commercial success criteria and metrics. You will own the annual content calendar for each brand. 
• Improve digital shell content for 5000+ individual product pages, 12 brand stores for Amazon/Walmart, and 12 custom landing pages on Instacart. 
• Manage content budget, spend allocation, approvals, and reconciliation. 
• Lead digital content creation with agency partners and brand marketing teams. 
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
• Work directly with customer teams to educate and advise retailers on how to optimize their eCommerce platforms against both product discovery and conversion as well as external traffic drivers to the Retailer platforms.
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to brand performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Oversee maintenance of FAQs working closely with Consumer Care team to educate and empower the customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, eCommerce (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart), and digital marketing strategies.
• Proven experience with E-Commerce fit for platform content, images, and video. 
• Excellent SEO and discoverability knowledge
• Experience working directly with customer teams to educate and advise retailers on how to optimize their eCommerce platforms
• Experience managing agency partners associated to a respective list of brands
