Senior Manager, Program Assist & Integration Team - Level 6

What You Will Be Doing

As the Senior Manager of the Program Assist & Integration Team (PA&I), you will guide the strategic direction of the team, overseeing the execution and development of initiatives that support our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating the implementation of EV Business Rhythms and EVM solutions using standardized tools, methods, and reports
* Supporting the coordination and preparation of Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR)
* Providing clear direction and communication on significant PPM issues
* Supporting the implementation of compliant EVM across all Aero programs
* Developing and implementing EVMS solutions
* Developing and implementing new training opportunities: Enrichment Sessions, quarterly PPM community events, EV office hours, Material Masterminds
* Supporting and recommending opportunities for improving accountability and data quality within the PPM community
* Ensuring PA&I is responsive and proactive to the PPM community
* Coordinating with and supporting Program Managers on process improvements, audit support, and review preparations

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher or equivalent experience
* Experience with Program Performance Management processes, tools, work products, and reporting
* Experience with establishment and execution of Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB) and preparation/participation in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR)
* Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) compliance in internal, corporate, or customer compliance assessment/audit
* Control Account Manager (CAM) trained
Desired Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent experience with 10-15 years relevant experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
* Ability to influence/coach others
* Clear and concise communication of complex content
* Experience with technical Integrated Master Schedule details
* Experience with developing Atlas training course content
* Working knowledge of PPMP-01, PPMP-02 and LM Aero EVMS command media
* Experience with EVM EIA-748 guideline compliance in internal, corporate, or customer compliance assessment/audit
* High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Access)
* High proficiency with PM Compass, Cobra, Empower, or OpenPlan
* Proficient with Wordpress
* Familiar with Articulate 360 Training software
* Familiarity with Aeronautics Lines of Business and internal and external customers
* LM21 Green Belt Certified

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
