We are seeking a Enterprise Architect to join our team.
The Lead/Principal Enterprise Architect defines and drives the enterprise-wide IT strategy, technology roadmaps, and systems integration vision. This role bridges business objectives with technology capabilities, ensuring architectural coherence across applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems while guiding large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Job Profile:
• Define and own the enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and reference architectures across business, application, data, and technology domains
• Lead technology roadmap planning, aligning IT investments with business strategy and ensuring architectural coherence across programs
• Drive cloud migration and hybrid/multi-cloud architecture strategy (Azure, AWS, GCP), including platform selection, integration patterns, and cost optimization
• Establish and govern enterprise integration standards using APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and service mesh patterns
• Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, frameworks, and vendors; lead architecture review boards and governance forums
• Design target-state architectures for legacy modernization, application rationalization, and platform consolidation initiatives
• Champion enterprise security architecture, ensuring Zero Trust principles, identity management, and compliance with SOX, GDPR, and industry regulations
• Mentor solution architects and engineering leads; foster a culture of architectural thinking, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams
• Partner with C-suite and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable technology blueprints and investment priorities
Technical Skills:

Cloud platforms and services (Azure, AWS, GCP) including IaaS, PaaS, and serverless architectures

Microservices, API management, event-driven architecture, and service mesh (Kubernetes, Istio, Kong)

Enterprise integration platforms (MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Apache Kafka)

DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi), and observability (Datadog, Splunk)

EA modeling and repository tools (LeanIX, Sparx EA, ArchiMate) and IT portfolio management
Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field

12+ years in IT architecture or engineering, with 5+ years in enterprise architecture leadership roles

Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale cloud migrations and digital transformation programs

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus on technology strategy across business units

Strong background in architecture governance, EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), and portfolio rationalization
Preferred Certifications:
• TOGAF 9/10 Certified, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, ITIL 4 Foundation
