Role: Scrum Master, Senior
Supporting: Large Financial Services Client
Location: Hybrid - Tuesday through Thursday - McLean, VA
Position Description:
We are seeking a highly seasonedSenior Scrum Coach to lead multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. As a Senior Scrum Coach, you will be responsible for ensuring the teams embrace of Agile values, principles, and best practices. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field.
5 - 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 years in a Senior position.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and best practices.
Proven track record to lead multiple Agile teams through successful project deliveries.
Strong creative problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands on leadership experience with ability to successful mentor team on meeting objectives.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or equivalent certification required.
