Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Release Train Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in Salesforce administration or development and a keen interest in learning DevOps practices. As a Release Train Engineer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the release processes for our Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth and efficient deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the release processes for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute release schedules.
• Ensure all releases are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the release process.
• Provide training and support to other engineers on DevOps practices and tools.
• Continuously improve release processes and implement best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
• Willingness to learn and adopt DevOps practices.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
