Job Description:
Berklee is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Registrar Operations Assistant to support the Registrar Team in our Pre-College, Online, and Professional Programs (POPP) division. This is a temporary, part-time position (up to 3 years, 30 hours/week) that offers the opportunity to play a critical role in expanding Berklee’s reach to students around the globe.

This role is part of a multi-year project to implement Workday Student, a new student information system designed to streamline operations and improve the student experience.
What You’ll Do
Working under the Senior Graduation and Events Coordinator, the Registrar Operations Assistant will:
Carry out daily and cyclical registrar tasks (e.g., enrollment and degree verifications, repeated coursework reports)
Support transfer credit evaluations and maintain historical academic records
Assist the Graduation Team with audits, student communications, data tracking, and commencement event prep
Troubleshoot student form errors and support electronic form maintenance
Help update transfer credit guides and coordinate virtual sessions with partner schools
Who You Are
A clear communicator who thrives in both independent and team settings
Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail
Comfortable with evolving processes and digital systems
Holds a Bachelor’s degree and has 1+ years of experience in a Registrar or Admissions office
Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, Colleague, or FormAssembly is a plus

Hiring Range: $20 to $25; hourly rate dependent on relevant experience and education.
