Job Description
The Real Estate Associate will support a member of the executive team overseeing Arizona and Nevada. Primary responsibility shall include assisting with communications/lease negotiations with outside brokers. Assist in tenant improvements for an industrial portfolio. Assist with property related duties and any other tasks deemed by the senior members.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with tenants and outside brokers for industrial portfolio
- Monitor and interpret market conditions, trends, and data to facilitate data-driven portfolio decisions
- Prepare market research
- Drive marketing efforts for industrial portfolio (brochures, e-blasts, CoStar listings, )
- Draft leasing documents (LOIs, commission invoices, )
- Drive space improvements related to leasing activities
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- AZ Real Estate License
- Bachelor’s degree
- at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong understanding of real estate principles
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiar with Excel, Word, and Adobe
Working Conditions:
- Primarily work in an office environment
- Prolonged use of PC
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, reach, pull, and lift up to 35
- Repetitive hand motion with keyboard, mouse, handwriting, and filing
- Ability to frequently stand, speak, and hear
