The Nursing Supervisor (RN) will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise staff to include assigning and overseeing daily work, providing guidance and direction, and advising and training staff on policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Primary Care Physicians, Consultants, and outside providers.
• Coordinate medical care for multiple individuals.
• Be on-call, as required, to respond via phone/in-person to emergencies.
• Provide technical support, training, and monitoring to non-licensed staff regarding healthcare services and medication administration, including g-tube feeding, foley catheter, and colostomy bag.
• Monitor record keeping/documentation for accuracy and detail.
• Perform monthly assessments of resident status.
• Develop and review nursing care plans.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
