Full Job Description
Seeking midlevel associate with one to five years of patent prosecution experience in a biotechnology practice, along with an advanced degree, preferably a Ph.D., in a life sciences technology area. Patent bar membership (USPTO Registration Number) is required.  It is required that you prepare for, take, and pass the patent bar exam either prior to you joining the firm or during your first 12 months from the date of hire.
