Job Description:
Apex Systems is looking for a Java Developer located in either Plano Texas or Chicago Illinois for one of our largest Financial Industry clients.
Apex does not support Corp2Corp hiring and is looking for candidates that are available for conversion.
This Job is for a Senior Full Stack Java Dev Lead with strong experience in analyzing, designing, developing, integrating, testing, implementing, and documenting new and existing application software programs involving Java, Maven, Spring/Spring boot, Hibernate, Angular 5, CSS, JavaScript, and Junit technologies. The candidate should be hands on developer with strong Java end to end development experience as well as leading and mentoring junior developers. Primary Skill Core Java Secondary Skill Spring boot Tertiary Skill Hibernate Required Skills - 8-10 years of hands on experience working with JAVA/J2EE technologies. - Spring (DI, Transaction management, AOP) Hibernate, Axis2, Spring (REST with JSON) Strong exposure to front-end technologies Angular 5 CSS JavaScript - Authentication methods such as OAuth and SAML, Experience with SOA, ESB, JMS messaging concepts, XPath expressions & functions. - Full life cycle development infrastructure using GIT Maven, GitHub, SonarQube, Jenkins Jira - Database experience including object design, object management and SQL Complete lifecycle experience (Oracle Preferred) - Expert with design pattern & anti-patterns for enterprise application. - Good analytical skills to break down requirements, solve complex problems. - Good understanding of Source control toolsets - Well-developed verbal and written communication skills - Proven track record to meet aggressive timelines. - Experience using web services/APIs to access and integrate with external systems - Excellent Communication skills. Desired Skills - Experience with Agile, JIRA and working in Agile teams. - Financial industry experience, preferable in Trade Finance. - Excellent Analytical Abilities.
