What You Will Get To Do:

• Performs cash reconciliation
• Funding validation and release of outgoing wires.
• Distribution of dividends
• Ability to service multiple clients, identify problems and achieve resolution independently by using resources throughout the division.
• Daily trade settlements with Trade Providers Custodian
• Identify, research, and resolve complex reconciliation exceptions.
• Provide oversight and support for fellow team members
• Point person for Processing Teams to request information and research

What You Will Bring:

• High School degree and at least 1 year of related experience (Mutual Funds, Financial Services)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related industry experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Computer experience (Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Able to work in the local office 6 days each month per attendance policy.
