Internship Program​ 

Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.​ 

Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.​ 

Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.​ 

Tiffany & Co. is committed to enhancing our responsible sourcing efforts through dynamic supplier engagement opportunities in the Social and Environmental Accountability (SEA) Program. The Responsible Sourcing summer internship is a unique opportunity to contribute to these efforts by supporting the design and planning of the 2025 Responsible Sourcing Supplier Training Summit and identifying opportunities to enhance the SEA Program itself. Furthermore, the Responsible Sourcing Intern will help establish the Responsible Sourcing team as a central hub for supplier data by communicating the team’s new data strategy to both internal and external stakeholders, thus ensuring strong adoption and a successful transition. Through this experience, the summer intern will gain experience with a best-in-class Responsible Sourcing program and also provide a meaningful contribution to our efforts to empower and equip suppliers to promote responsible and sustainable practices throughout the supply chain. 

Key Accountabilities

Event Planning

  • Utilize supplier feedback to design a summit that will meet supplier training needs and achieve the Responsible Sourcing team’s goals for supplier engagement.
  • Develop supplier resources and other training materials to enhance Tiffany’s offerings for suppliers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.

Program Development and Enhancement

  • Work alongside the Responsible Sourcing team to enhance existing initiatives within the SEA program. 
  • Help develop new strategies to integrate responsible sourcing into business operations.
  • Assist in creating educational materials for internal stakeholders regarding SEA program updates.

Communication & Outreach

  • Communicate the Responsible Sourcing team's data strategy to internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across different teams.
  • Contribute to external communications related to data transparency and responsible sourcing progress.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability, responsible sourcing, or corporate social responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with event planning or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with sourcing or supply chain management, especially within retail or luxury goods sectors, is advantageous but not required.
