Internship Program​

Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.​ 

Location: This position will be based out of our NY Corporate Office in New York, NY.​ 

Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25.00 per hour.​

Position Overview 

The Intern will partner with the Manager to set the site merchandising strategy and deliver a best-in-class product discovery and experience across all Tiffany sites, aligned with company and digital KPIs.

He/She is responsible for compelling product discovery curation and content to inspire clients with more relevant product selections and drive desirability, as well as timely product launches on all sites and ongoing product data management.

Key Accountabilities 

Product Discovery and Optimization

  • Assist in curating and selecting products for our eCommerce site, including product listings, content stories, and upcoming campaigns.
  • Help optimize product display and performance by analyzing and updating product sequences in both browse and search.
  • Review and suggest improvements for navigation, filters, and product recommendation guidelines based on usage data.
  • Prepare reports on product performance, site navigation, and other metrics as needed.
  • Conduct competitive research on industry trends and digital tools and techniques.
  • Contribute to project management tasks for digital initiatives across global and regional teams.

Product Experience 

  • Assist in updating and improving product details and imagery to ensure products are presented accurately and attractively on our website.
  • Support the enhancement of product detail pages by helping to refine content that boosts customer confidence, such as size guides and other functional information.
  • Participate in pilot projects to test new formats and technologies, such as 3D content or augmented reality, to enhance the digital shopping experience.

Site Operations 

  • Support in the set-up of product catalogues for eFlagship project.
  • Upload product details and imagery. 
  • Perform QA checks on product details and imagery prior to launch.

Required and Preferred Qualifications 

  • 1-2 years of work experience in e-commerce and/or website merchandising.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, partnership and influence management skills. 
  • Excellent judgement to drive business performance. 
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter and agile.
  • Collaborative team-player.
  • Analytical and critical thinking combined with operational excellence.
  • Excellent time-management and organization skills to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes.
  • Infectious energy for building best in class, client centric e-commerce experiences.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with global and regional teams, IT, marketing disciplines, and vendors/consultants.
  • Experience with web management tools.  
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Content Square, Omniture & Google Analytics.
