Complex, custom-engineered projects require seamless orchestration between Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain. At PAR Systems, we’re expanding our Integrated Supply Chain team to meet the growing demand for synchronized, efficient project execution. This role sits at the heart of project readiness—where planning meets performance. We're seeking a proactive, systems-minded professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and is driven by operational excellence.

As an Integrated Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll ensure alignment across schedules, materials, and resources, setting the stage for flawless execution of technically demanding projects. You’ll work closely with engineering release teams, manufacturing operations, and procurement to create structured, realistic plans that account for everything from lead times to shop floor capacity.

Success Criteria:
You’re energized by solving operational puzzles, and you know how to connect the dots between multiple stakeholders to drive readiness. You’ll take ownership of aligning inputs from engineering, project management, and supply chain—developing structured workflows that support high-stakes execution. Your ability to validate schedules, analyze inventory needs, and foresee bottlenecks will play a vital role in keeping projects on track.

You’ll bring a sharp eye for risk management, creating contingency plans and surfacing potential conflicts early to avoid delays. With a strong foundation in demand forecasting and resource planning, you’ll ensure the right materials are available at the right time—without overstocking. Your reporting will keep stakeholders informed and empowered, ensuring a smooth handoff to project teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field


• 5+ years’ experience in project coordination, inventory planning, or operations in an engineered-to-order or manufacturing environment


• Strong understanding of integrated supply chain processes and scheduling


• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills


• Ability to quickly build trust through collaboration, create alignment, anticipates issues and resolve


• Proficiency with scheduling and planning tools
