THE WORK

As a Program Manager for the Integrated Launching Systems (ILS) programs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering critical technologies. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with transition partners across various services to customize variants of Next Generation Launching Systems products.
* Leading cross-functional teams to execute prototype programs successfully and transition them into production.
* Partnering with small businesses and laboratories to shape future pursuits and foster innovation.
* Driving investments that advance program capabilities and maintain leadership in emerging defense technologies.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working across BAs and LoBs to deliver integrated products.
- Strong customer skills.
- Strong cost estimating and proposal development.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional teams.
- Strong project coordination and program management experience.
- Ability to manage classified programs.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with management across multiple contracts and customers.
- Experience working with USN, US Army, OSD and other USG agencies
- Experience with combat system development and integration.
- Experience with managing TIs, CDRLs and leading IPTs.
- Experience in Launching Systems
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
