Position Overview:
As an Event Sales Manager, you will play a key role in selling and planning events, serving as the vital liaison between clients and our dedicated hotel staff to ensure flawless execution of every event.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Selling Events – meet monthly sales quotas and earn quarterly bonuses
Client Guidance – lead clients through their journey of creating memorable experiences with care and attention to detail
Event Coordination – oversee all aspects of food, beverage, and event needs from inception to completion.
Host Site Inspections – showcase the venue and its unique offerings to potential clients
Menu Tastings – assist clients in selecting the perfect menu for their event
Relationship Building – foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications
- A resume must be provided to be considered for this position
- A Minimum of 3 years of work experience as Events or Catering Sales Manager
- Must be proficient in computer knowledge and systems including Microsoft Office and Cvent
- Demonstrate ability to deliver banquet event orders on a timely basis and ensure accuracy
- Strong sales, prospecting, and negotiation skills
- Refined verbal and written communication skills required
- Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized
- A true desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
