Equipment Services Representative, RCCB Call Center
Full Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries via inbound or outbound call relating to equipment issues and troubleshooting
- Providing clear guidance and solutions over the phone to resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborating with field technicians as needed to escalate and follow up on complex or unresolved issues
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-2+ years of working in vending or fountain industry, general construction, electrician, plumbing, auto mechanic, or other related mechanical area.
Required Education and Experience:
Must be at least 21 years old
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
