Location:Onsite - Kohler, WI
Competitive Compensation:Starting at $28.95 - 37.84
Shift: 1st Shift
Monday - Friday 6:30 am-2:48 pm

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Perform all required electrical and electronic installation and repair services to plant equipment, in conformancewith established codes, specifications and safety practices, in accordance with specified guidelines and instructions,while exercising safety for oneself and others.
Working conditions include: Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold,
dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights and confined spaces.
Physical Requirements: Bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 40 pounds or more.
Must provide own tools.

Additional Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required and must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to meet Kohler Company's MVR Guidelines and maintain good standing.
Must complete technical skills test.
Required to enroll in an Electrician Apprenticeship Program. An interview and knowledge assessment required, with the job being awarded to the most qualified candidate.
This position is a 4-year commitment.

Mechanical proficiency and willingness to operate industrial machinery
Key Qualifications
Physical Capability:Ability to perform the essential duties of the position
Safety Compliance:Follow all safety policies and procedures
Effective Communication:Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing productionprocesses
Reliability:Consistent attendance and work performance
Screening:Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
