Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner

The Director of Revenue Management is tasked with optimizing overall hotel revenue for rooms and food and beverage services by implementing effective pricing and distribution strategies in large hotels. This role involves outperforming direct competitors by capturing market share through rational and competitive pricing, strategic distribution, targeted marketing, and meticulous inventory management to maximize topline revenue and achieve high net profits. Manage and oversee revenue management analytic functions to produce reporting that support and evaluate hotel business strategies. Provide guidance and support sales and marketing initiatives that are targeted to meet the needs of the hotel. Produce accurate revenue forecasts that help set hotel goals and outgrow the competition. Display leadership qualities that mentor, develop, and guide hotel team members such as revenue analysts and managers

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute pricing and distribution strategies to maximize hotel revenue.

· Analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions.

· Manage revenue management analytics to produce reports that support and evaluate business strategies.

· Provide guidance and support for sales and marketing initiatives tailored to the hotel's needs.

· Produce accurate revenue forecasts to set hotel goals and surpass competition.

· Exhibit leadership qualities to mentor, develop, and guide team members, including revenue analysts and managers.

This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for driving revenue growth and a talent for leading and developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications
