Job Title: Desktop Support Technician - Hybrid Schedule
Location: North Richland Hill, TX
Wage Range: $24-28 depending on years of experience and qualifications

Job Description: Our client, a global bank, has an immediate opening for a Desktop Support Technician to work from their North Richland Hill, TX office. The Desktop Support Technician's role is to support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. That include imaging, installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via incident tickets) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Minimum of two years' experience supporting end user desktop, laptop, operating systems or has served in a similar role in another IT-related position
- Proficiency in programs such as Service Now, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field such as computer science, technical support, and information technology
- Knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware, and networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
- Ability to configure (image) laptops and desktops (SCCM imaging using thumb drives)
- Repair and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and company owned mobile devices
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and VPN connection issues
- Time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Experienced in providing professional and courteous customer service
