Program Overview

This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast's top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.
Role Overview
Corporate Accounting and Reporting consists of the following:
- External financial reporting - SEC reporting, earnings release reporting
- Corporate Controllership - consolidations, controllership
- Technical Accounting - accounting research and policies, accounting for acquisitions
- Enterprise Accounting - Treasury and Compensation and Benefits accounting
The co-op would play a key role on the Corporate Controllership team supporting the monthly and quarterly consolidations and external reporting processes.
Job Responsibilities
Co-op responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monthly and quarterly financial close activities
- Post journal entries, run analysis reports and review internal documents
- Review of external and internal financial reporting deliverables including the 10-Q/K, earnings press release and financial statement analysis
- Prepare financial statement footnotes, review supporting documents
- Preparation of consolidated roll forwards
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2025, through March 27, 2026.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
