Job Description
The Clerk III will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of the Sales Center by performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, recordkeeping, and coordination of inbound and outbound shipments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and courteous assistance via phone, email, or in-person communication.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks
- File and organize paperwork in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring documentation is easily accessible for audit purposes.
- Prepare business reports and presentations
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials, conducting regular stock checks and replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in automated office environment required
- SAP work experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SAP strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
- Excellent problem solving, analysis, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in an office environment that could include extended periods of sitting or standing, while occasionally lifting or carrying materials and supplies
