This position will primarilybe responsible forensuring reliability and efficiency of site operations through dataanalytics.This role willassess current state analytics and collaborate with COE's to developadigital strategy for Rahwayand support theregional portfolio.

This role will develop a plan toutilizedata visualization, data analysis, data monitoring and data modelingto enable better business decisions.Through analysis of equipment history, process data, operating procedures and Failure Modes Effect Analysis and many other data streams, the incumbentwillintegratestatistical data into visualdashboardsinformation into insight and business decisions.

Primary Activities:

  • Interfaces with internal and external groups, gains consensus and contributes to reliable and effective teamwork.

  • Data interpretation through statistical techniques

  • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies thatoptimizestatistical efficiency and quality.

  • Develop andmaintainSite Facility Energy Regression models.

  • Work with Operations and Maintenanceteams to develop Data Visualization applications to improve their performance and responses.

  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

  • Aid Operations inidentifyingand managingasset reliability risks and couldimpactutility and facility operations.

  • Monitor the performance of maintenance metrics, investigate variance from targets and implement action items to improve performance.

  • Apply technical skills and ingenuity to correct equipment and system problems that result in downtime or consume excessive maintenance resources or energy.

  • Support Life Cycle Asset Management to utility and facility system owners.Develop withPMteam maintenance and asset costs to support business decisionsregardingrepair vs. replacement.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science technology, automation, mathematics, or statistical analysis with at least 3 years of relevant experience in automation, data analysis, or a related field.

  • Experience developing and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS), including Historian, OPC Servers, IO devices, and Smart Devices.

  • Aptitude with Digital Transformation, Equipment Analytics, Process/Equipment Trending, Dashboards, and managing KPI's & Metrics.

  • Proven ability to lead projects, developing teams, and building team self-sufficiency.

  • 3 years of experience leading multiple large-scale automation initiatives, including data management and data governance.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handling and prioritizing many simultaneous assignments.

  • Demonstrated skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, technical problem-solving, and building partnerships.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Experience in using the following systems and applications: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Allen Bradley, Siemen, HMI's, Historians, OPC Servers, OSI PI, Process analytics & Reliability trending SAP, Maximo, and MATLAB.

  • Operational or Maintenance experience in Facility orUtility Systems

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The salary range for this role is

$126,500.00 - $199,100.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
