Job Title: Assistant Account Manager - Tactical Intelligence
Reports to: Onsite Security Manager Position Type: Full-timeOn-Site Overview: The Assistant Account Manager - Tactical Intelligence (AAM) plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the designated facility by executing, overseeing, and following the services outlined in the Statement of Work. Acting as a liaison between Global Security & Resilience for the GSOC and the Service Provider, the AAM reports directly to the Onsite Security Manager and is responsible for maintaining a high standard of security operations, including the supervision of Security Operators and adherence to all protocols and procedures.Responsibilities:
- Report to the Onsite Security Manager for Service Provider and serve as the direct contact between Global Security & Resilience for the GSOC.
- Execute, oversee, and follow the Services described in the Statement of Work for the facility.
- Ensure that Security Operators are properly trained to perform their duties and responsibilities.
- Ensure adherence to scheduling requirements and maintain accurate record-keeping for invoice review, including personal records.
- Maintain accurate records reflecting completion of all required training programs as outlined by the client in the Statement of Work.
- Review and submit all required reports, approving them before submission to the client and mutually agreed to by Service Provider.
- Ensure Security Post Orders are current and updated.
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions as outlined by the client.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities deemed appropriate by the client and mutually agreed to by Service Provider.
- Oversee, monitor, and direct the daily job performance of GSOC Security Operators, primarily, and support Headquarters Security team as needed.
- Ensure effective response to and management of incidents, alarms, notifications, calls, and other activities related to GSOC operations.
- Develop and manage a process to ingest relevant intelligence information from applicable Law Enforcement and intelligence agencies.
- Cascade intelligence information gained from Law Enforcement and intelligence communities to the appropriate client channels at the direction of the client.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of operations, personnel, and management information.
- Complete Washington State Fusion Liaison Officer training or comparable training as approved by the client. Location and expense to be determined and mutually agreed upon by the client and Service provider.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of tactical intelligence operators, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of tactical intelligence information gathered from various sources, including OSINT platforms.
- Train and mentor tactical intelligence operators in OSINT methodologies, analytical techniques, and report writing.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of intelligence products produced by tactical intelligence operators, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with other security and intelligence professionals to identify emerging threats and trends, providing actionable intelligence to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and private sector partners, to enhance intelligence sharing and collaboration efforts.
- Stay abreast of developments in the field of tactical intelligence, including advances in OSINT tools and techniques, and incorporate best practices into operational procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the tactical intelligence team, encouraging innovation and creativity in intelligence collection and analysis.
- Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations on intelligence findings and analysis to internal stakeholders, including senior management and client representatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on tactical intelligence matters, providing guidance and expertise to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in security management, law enforcement, military, or intelligence analysis.
- Experience in tactical intelligence operations, including OSINT collection and analysis.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, or related field.
- Proficiency in analytical writing and producing intelligence reports.
- Previous experience in supervising and mentoring security personnel.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and platforms used in the security and intelligence fields.
