Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to lead our creative team in delivering innovative design solutions across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both print and digital design, with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality standards and brand consistency. MUST HAVE HEAVY AGENCY EXPERIENCE!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of designers to create compelling visual content.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into effective design solutions.
• Develop and oversee the execution of creative concepts for print and digital media.
• Ensure all design work aligns with corporate branding and marketing objectives.
• Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Interact with clients to present concepts and gather feedback for revisions.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in design software including InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing print and web design projects.
• Experience in online marketing and digital media.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Understanding of corporate branding principles and practices.
• Background in hospitality design is a plus.
