Summary:
ARP team supports Account Reconciliation, Positive Pay, CD ROM and Statement Rendering. The Operations Processor - ARP (Account Reconciliation Program) is responsible for reviewing checks and making decisions based on the customer requirements. Provides statement reconcilement, along with mailing or using other forms to deliver the reconcilement and statement to the customers. Provide support for ARP processes including troubleshooting file issues and escalating issues when appropriate. Follow policies, procedures, and regulations including proper documentation and accurate recordkeeping. Respond to inquiries related to ARP activities from various internal sources while applying sound decision-making techniques and exhibiting necessary follow-through.
